How to Vote Absentee for the Brentsville Supervisor Special Election on December 23, 2014:

BY MAIL:  To receive an absentee ballot in the mail, complete an Absentee Ballot Application form with Special Election date (12/23/14) annotated and submit to the PWC General Registrar’s office by mail, fax (703) 792-6461 or email to

IN PERSON: PWC In-Person Absentee Voting for the December 23, 2014 Special Election starts Friday, November 7, 2014 and ends Saturday, December 20, 2014 during normal business hours Hours: 8:30am – 5:00 pm, Mon-Fri at the location listed below: PWC Office of Elections: 9250 Lee Avenue Suite 1, Manassas, VA 20110

When you go to vote In-Person you will complete the Absentee Ballot application form, provide an appropriate ID (see VA Voter ID Requirements), and vote as you would on Election Day.

Am I eligible to vote absentee?
Students and their spouses residing out of the County
• Those temporarily confined
• Those with a religious obligation
• Those absent from the County on business or vacation
• First Responders
• Those working and commuting to and from home for 11 or more hours between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.
• Active duty military, their spouses, and dependents

• Electoral board members, registrars, and election officers
• An U.S. citizen temporarily residing outside the United States
• An U.S. citizen overseas by virtue of employment or accompanying spouse or dependents
• Those with a physical disability or illness including pregnancy
• Those who are the primary caretaker of a confined family member
• Designated representative of candidate or party working inside polls
